Advanced Fingerprinting Services (AFS) offers BCI&I & FBI fingerprint submissions via rolled print card scanning.  If you already have your prints rolled on an official BCI or FBI card, send it to AFS with the our Card Scanning Form completely filled out and we can scan and submit them to the proper agencies without you having to come to us or us to you.  If you live out of state or if it is just more convenient for you to mail us your rolled prints this is the perfect solution.
